Submitting a Help Request

Submit your service request as a “Help Request” if you need help using our products.  Take a look at the list of Frequently Asked Questions before submitting a help request – you may find that an answer to your question there.

We will respond to your help request by email as soon as possible provided that email support is included by your license type.

Submitting Issues

If you think that you have discovered a problem with our products then indicate your service request as an “Issue Submission”.  Please take a look at the Knowledge Base or list of Frequently Asked Questions before submitting an issue – you may find that a solution exists already.  If you believe that your issue is a new one, then try and provide as much detail as you can.  This will help us to determine workarounds and fixes and to get them to you as quickly as possible.
