5 GOOGLE.
5.1 GOOGLE WEB FONTS.
This site uses so-called web fonts of the provider Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA for the uniform display of fonts. When you access a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.
For this purpose, the browser you are using has to connect to the servers of Google. This informs Google that our Website was accessed via your IP address. The use of Google web fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our Website.

6 SOCIAL PLUGINS.
We use social plugins of different social networks on our Website. These will be described individually in section 6.1 and in section 6.2.
On application of the plugins, your Internet browser will establish a direct connection to the servers of the respective social network. Hereby the relevant provider obtains the information that your Internet browser has called up the corresponding page on our Website, even if you do not possess a user account with the provider or are not currently logged in with the provider. Log files (including the IP address) are directly transmitted from your Internet browser to a server of the relevant provider where they are stored if necessary. The headquarters of the provider or their server could be located outside of your jurisdiction.
The plugins are independent extensions of the providers of social networks. Therefore, we have no influence on the extent of the data collected and stored by the social network providers via the plugins.
The purpose and extent of the collection, the further processing of the data by the social network as well as your associated rights and setting options for the protection of your private sphere can be taken from the data protection notice of the respective social network.

6.2 YOUTUBE.

If you access a corresponding page of our offer, the embedded YouTube player will establish a connection to YouTube so that the video or audio file can be transmitted and played. Upon clicking on the link, we have no influence on the collecting, processing, and use of personal data possibly transmitted by clicking on the link to the third party (such as the IP address or the URL of the site on which the link is located) as the conduct of third parties is naturally beyond our control. 8 SECURITY.
Our employees and the companies providing services on our behalf, are obliged to confidentiality and to compliance with the applicable data protection laws. We take all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure an appropriate level of security and to protect your data that are administrated by us especially from the risks of unintended or unlawful destruction, manipulation, loss, change, or unauthorized disclosure or unauthorized access. Our security measures are, pursuant to technological progress, constantly being improved.
9 INFORMATION RETENTION PERIODS.
We will only keep your Personal Information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements).
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your Personal Information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your Personal Information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

13.4 SHARING YOUR INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES.
We may disclose your Personal Information with our service providers pursuant to a written contract between us and each service provider. Each service provider is a for-profit entity that processes the information on our behalf.
We may use your Personal Information for our own business purposes, such as for undertaking internal research for technological development and demonstration. This is not considered to be “selling” of your personal data.
Simbus has not disclosed or sold any Personal Information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding 12 months. Simbus will not sell Personal Information in the future belonging to our Website visitors, users, and other consumers.
13.5 YOUR RIGHTS WITH RESPECT TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA.
13.5.1 RIGHT TO REQUEST DELETION OF THE DATA – REQUEST TO DELETE.
You can ask for the deletion of your Personal Information. If you ask us to delete your Personal Information, we will respect your request and delete your Personal Information, subject to certain exceptions provided by law, such as our compliance requirements resulting from a legal obligation or any processing that may be required to protect against illegal activities.

We will not discriminate against you if you exercise your privacy rights.
13.5.4 VERIFICATION PROCESS.
Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g. phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.
We will only use Personal Information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. If, however, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity, and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. We will delete such additionally provided information as soon as we finish verifying you.

14 CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES.
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.
15 UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revision Date” and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
